The unit is equipped with 2 Drop Hammers & 1 MPM 6 Ton Hammer, an Integrated Tool Room, a well furnished laboratory, a Machine Shop with conventional and CNC machines and a Standard Room with latest apparatus to ensure conformity of standards right from the incoming raw material stage to the outgoing finished products. To ensure right structural strength and other physical properties, the unit is provided with Induction as well as Thermal Heat Treatment Furnaces. It also has an automatic paint line to ensure consistent and better finish of the painted products.

They also remain busy to improve design of various products to ensure better quality and longer life of the tools used. We are backed by latest softwares that is Solid Works for designing and WorkNC for programming and we are well equipped with VMC Machines for dies and development in tool room as well as for machining of complex profiles.
